- What does Mullein tea taste like?
It has a rich, aromatic, refreshing, subtly sweet, herbal taste. Mullein Flowers taste like wildflowers and honey.
How to use/consume Dried Mullein Leaves & Flower?
Infusion/Tea: 1 tablespoon of herb is boiled for 5-10 minutes in 250 ml of boiling water. Strain! Drink 1 cup 2-3 times a day. Raw honey can be added for even better taste.
Externally:The same infusion is used, but with a double dose of leaves.
Smoking:Using this smokable herb can be done with a pipe, but it certainly isn’t the healthiest approach to using the plant for healing.Mullein that is too dry won't smoke smoothly, so add a little moisture and rub the leaves together for the best result.
